anyway, these 2 teachers are 2 others who have touched my life deeply too...not only mine, but Kel, Nic and Russ too...thats why so many years down the road, we still remember them, keep in contact with them and go out with them! Its their hard work, ernest, kindness, care and friendly nature that earns our love, gratitude and respect.
anyway...we met them for lunch at Waraku Restaurant at Marina Square Shopping Centre. wanted to try their Kaminabe (Paper Steamboat) but in the end didnt....but nexttime gotta try....
we asked them to bring their kids and they did! cept for Ms Richards eldest daughter, Sara, who was in childcare....so sad!!! but never mind...got 3 others! we got special privilege room, those Japanese room where directors and big people always are in when in a big group or having a discussion while eating sushi.....shiok can? and we made no reservations somemore...haha...
we talked and had fun...talked about the present, reminiscence about the past and discussed about the future...when hearing them talk about teaching and being teachers in SJI....i felt really disappointed.....haiz....but well...lets not talk about unhappy stuff yar?!?! ^^
we treated the teachers for the sushi lunch and they were so paiseh...lol...but well, we are old ler....gotta show our gratitudes in one way....and more!
then after sushi, we went to Anderson's Ice Cream for desert...this time, the teachers paid...
man...their kids are so cute and love them! well...i love kids only when they are cute and fun...not when they poo poo or are naughty....lol...an Dylan pooed in the restaurant! so funny....but man....made me wish I have kids now
Russ was super popular with the kids....I was trying so HARD to get their attention...and Kel didnt even care....haha...thats the difference in us...and I joked that Russell can open a childcare and Kel say when we have kids...we gonna dump them with Russ...haha
